Fortunately, the healing has progressed much quicker than I thought it would. My nose is still tender, but the ENT didn't need to do anything drastic. The abrasive wounds have healed, and there's just a little bit left of the cut above my lip. The police detective did call me Monday after the assault; since I didn't see anything I couldn't be much help. But I do think there's a reasonable chance that the purse snatchers arrested the day after my assault were the same thugs. Thanks all for your words of support.
