There is no trash pickup on Presidents&#8217; Day, and Sunday traffic and parking regulations are in effect.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nBut the lotteries have regular drawings! Can&#8217;t stop the lottery for a holiday.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe lottery is a tax on hopelessness, at a dollar a prayer.
